A visit

What a visit is like

Come ten minutes early. We take your coat, hand you a robe and slippers and ask how you'd like the hour to go.

After your treatment there is tea in the lounge, and nobody hurries you to the door. If you want to come again, Rylee books it before you leave.

  • A robe, slippers and a locker for your things

  • A talk about pressure, and anything to avoid

  • Tea and water in the lounge afterward

  • Phones stay in the locker, so the rooms stay quiet

Questions before you book

How early should I arrive?

Ten minutes before your time. That's enough to change into a robe and talk through the hour. If you arrive late we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable on the way in. We give you a robe, slippers and a locker. For massage you undress to your comfort and stay covered by a sheet.

Can I use a gift card on a package?

Yes. A gift card works for any treatment, ritual or package, for any amount.

Can two of us come together?

Yes. Two guests can be booked at the same time with two therapists. Call the front desk for a group of three or more.

I'm pregnant. Can I book a massage?

Josephine is trained in prenatal massage. Please check with your doctor first and tell us when you book.

How do I move or cancel a visit?

Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and we'll move it without any trouble. The policies page explains what happens with shorter notice.
