How pricing works

Four things set the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, any add-on, and who you book with.

Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.

A senior therapist or esthetician may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.

Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.

A card holds a package, or a booking for two or more guests, and it goes toward your visit. A single treatment doesn't need one.

Tell us 48 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble. With shorter notice, the policies page explains what happens. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card. Packages don't include it.

A gift card works for any amount, for any treatment, ritual or package. Buy one online or at the front desk; whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in your state.
